SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN

The study of God’s Word is one of the core ministries of Leonardtown Baptist Church. Each Sunday morning we begin at 9:45 AM for Children's JAM Time in the sanctuary then we offer grade-level classes and age appropriate rooms from 10 to 11 AM. Our children meet to study the Scriptures and to fellowship in ways that speak to each age group.

In this context, we do more than learn about the Bible. Our study is based upon the strong belief that God’s eternal truths as recorded in the scriptures dynamically interact with the persistent needs and dreams that are a part of everyday life. We believe that the Bible can inform our thoughts, attitudes, and actions as Christians in the world today.
